Katherine has been with Poindexter Nut Company since 2009 in her role of Human Resources and Payroll.. She maintains Human Resources and Payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures for over 364 employees. 

She maintains staff by recruiting hundreds of employees a year by selecting, orienting and training them.She oversees functions and managing employees, employment, labor relations, benefits and a wide-ranging of responsibilities within the company.
