Plant Manager-Selma Facility

Phil oversees the hulling, receiving and inshell operations as well as assists with the shelling and packing departments. As a plant manager, he constantly strives to improve the process and procedures of the Selma facility to ensure our operations are running at optimum levels of productivity.

From spending his summers as a young boy cutting fruit for drying, to the 23 years he has spent at Poindexter Nut Company, Phil has been in the agriculture industry all of his life. His experiences and knowledge make him an important member of our team.
